What this site is

tuladb.com is an informational site about TulaDB, operated by TulaDB Inc. (jurisdiction and registered address provided on request). The documentation, blog and product pages describe software that is in developer preview: they are written carefully against the current code, but they are provided for information and evaluation planning, not as a contractual specification or a statement of general availability.

The software has its own terms

Downloading, building, evaluating, or running TulaDB is governed by the TulaDB Source-Available License (and, where applicable, a signed commercial or design-partner agreement) — not by these website terms. If anything here appears to conflict with the license, the license wins.

No warranty on site content

The content on this site is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it accurate — measurements are date-stamped and claims are written against the code — but we don't warrant that any page is error-free or current, and site content doesn't create warranties about the software.
